What is an email signature generator?
Why this one works in Outlook (most don't)
Outlook renders email with Microsoft Word's engine — it ignores modern web layout like flexbox and <style> blocks, which is why signatures made elsewhere arrive broken. This generator outputs old-school table-based HTML with every style inline: no style tags, no classes, no external CSS. It's the format Outlook actually understands, and it renders identically in Gmail and Apple Mail too.
Add your signature in 60 seconds
Gmail
Click the gear icon → See all settings → scroll to Signature → Create new. Click inside the signature box and paste (Ctrl+V / Cmd+V) — your formatted signature appears with images and links intact. Scroll down and hit Save Changes.
Outlook (web & app)
Settings → Email signature (web) or File → Options → Mail → Signatures (desktop app). Paste into the editor. If Outlook shows the raw code instead of the formatted signature, you pasted the HTML source — use the Copy signature button instead of Copy HTML.
Apple Mail
Mail → Settings → Signatures → + to create one. Paste into the signature box. Untick "Always match my default message font" so your formatting is preserved.
